From the meter in each flat to the reading unit in the boiler room, we make, install and service all of the hardware ourselves.

01 · Ultrasonic calorimeter

Heat Meter

The ZUK series calculates the energy used from the flow and temperature difference of the heating water entering the flat. With no moving parts, its accuracy does not drift over the years.

02 · Hot and cold water

Water Meter

A brass-bodied meter with an eight-digit register for domestic water, with communication modules that fit the building's reading network.

03 · Flow-limiting

Differential Pressure Valve

Balances the heating system hydraulically without electricity, removing temperature differences between floors and valve noise, and letting pumps work less.

Heat Interface Unit

Each flat produces its own heating and instant hot water in its own station: stainless plate heat exchanger, meter and valves in one compact unit.

M-Bus GSM Converter

Reads every meter in the building over a single cable and passes the data to the management PC or, via GPRS, to a remote server.

How it works

From flat to report, seamless data.

  1. Measure

    Heat and water meters in every flat continuously measure and log consumption.

  2. Collect

    Meters connect to the reading unit in the boiler room over a single M-Bus line or RF.

  3. Allocate

    Data reaches the server via GPRS; the software calculates each share by the regulation and prepares a clear report for every flat.

Process

From survey to the first bill

How we bring the system into service in a building, working with the management at every step.

  1. Survey

    We inspect the installation, existing infrastructure and usage on site.

  2. Design

    We plan device locations, the reading network and where the data goes.

  3. Installation

    Meters are labelled and fitted; the reading unit and network are commissioned.

  4. Test reading

    The first reading and test report confirm the calculation rules together with you.

  5. Periodic billing

    Each period we read, calculate the shares and share the reports with residents.
