1. Data controller

Personal data shared through this website (t-zaehler.com) and our contact channels is processed by Asis Enerji, owner of the T-Zaehler brand, as data controller.

2. Data we process

• Identity: name, surname, position; optionally a tax number in quote requests.
• Contact: e-mail address, phone number, city, country, company or building name.
• Customer transaction: project details, product and quantity requests and message contents you enter in our forms.
• Security: technical data such as submission time used to prevent form abuse; server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser information).

3. Purposes

• Receiving and assessing your quote and information requests and replying to you,
• Planning and carrying out surveys, installation, reading and service,
• Managing pre-contract and contract processes and preparing quotes,
• Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse,
• Meeting our legal obligations and requests from authorities.

4. Legal basis and collection

Data is collected electronically through our website forms, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp, and processed on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: necessity for concluding or performing a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç) and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f).

5. Transfers

Data is shared only as needed for the purposes above: with our hosting, e-mail and IT providers, with partners involved in installation and service, and with authorised public bodies where required by law.

This website is served by a hosting provider with servers outside Türkiye (Vercel Inc.). Any transfer abroad follows the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Apart from technical records needed for pages to work, no persistent tracking data is stored in your browser.

7. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; request that such actions be notified to third parties; object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
