T-Zaehler is an end-to-end solution that brings together German engineering discipline and Turkish manufacturing strength for the fair, transparent and compliant allocation of central heating and hot water costs.
It automatically collects and validates data from heat cost allocators, heat and water meters and wireless network components, calculates each share according to the Turkish heat cost allocation regulation and produces clear reports.
We work with apartment blocks, residential complexes, office buildings and public buildings, together with managers, operators and technical teams from installation to periodic reading. T-Zaehler is a brand of Asis Enerji.

Regulation and compliance
T-Zaehler supports the standard and special cases of the Turkish heat cost allocation regulation: empty flats, meter failures, manual readings, the 15 °C correction and more.
Correction factors by province and month are applied. Reports explain why and how each calculation was made and provide an audit trail when needed.
